Visiting Thai Chef makes Chor Muang (see recipe this page)

Each Saturday from Memorial Day Weekend through October there will be a Chef in the Market. Look for the cooking display booth adjacent to the Market booth in the Depot Market pavillion.

Chef Demo's happen daily and feature a simply made recipe based on in-season produce and other locally made products sold at our Farmers Market. The idea is to promote our farmers and educate the public on how to purchase and prepare the abundance of local foods from our area. Chef Demo's will begin at 11am sharp, and will last a maximum of 60 minutes.

Shop with the Chef happens once a month and is a chance to walk the market with a Chef to see how to purchase, and what to look for, when choosing your produce and fruits from our farmers. Shop with the Chef will begin at 11am, and last apx. 30 minutes with time for talking after the tour.
