Ralf's Bavarian Bakery is located inside the Depot Market Square in the South-east corner. We are open Saturdays for the Bellingham Farmers Market as well Tuesdays - Fridays 9 am - 4 pm. Baker and Owner, Ralf Sigl, moved to Bellingham in 2003 from Bavaria, Germany. He specializes in authentic Bavarian Pretzels and Pretzel Breads made from all-organic ingredients. The flour comes exclusively from the Fairhaven Organic Flour Mill.
