Las Margaritas is a women’s worker-owned cooperative that mutually benefits its members and works towards healthy food practices. The mission of Las Margaritas is to create just, sustainable livelihoods to support their families and work towards the creation of a healthy community. Founded in 2008, Las Margaritas can be hired for events or found at the Bellingham Farmers Market.
