We produce farmstead goat cheeses. We raise all our own goats, provide all our own milk, and make all of our artisan cheeses totally by hand. All natural approach to animal care, no antibiotics or hormones will ever be in our product.

All goats milk cheeses including: Chevre (plain and herbed), feta, gouda (plain and herbed), cheddar, caerphilly, yogurt, Greek style yogurt, and others according to “Cheesemakers Choice”.
