Desire Fish Co. catches, processes and markets Wild Alaskan Salmon. We fish the Stikine River, processing our entire catch at Desire Fish Plant in Petersburg, Alaska. We hold our fish at Bellingham Cold Storage and market 90 percent of it right here in Bellingham. Our catch is first available at the Wednesday Market in September.
